A question to you God...

Are you amused today?

Am torn between love and desperation,

fun and seriousness,

escapism and bonds,

am torn and you know why!

Does this amuse you; my dilemma?

My long wait, over...

but do I get to let myself go

and enjoy this glorious moment?

No, because ironically,

am also pushed further in darkness

for my frolics come to haunt...

Are you amused by this?!

I am so close to you,

and want to experience the miracles,

but there are hurdles that won't go away....

I look up to you...show me the way,

guide me my creator,

because I am weary and tired

and I want to hold the rainbow

that's beckoning me so violently.

I want to lose myself and be free...

let me go will you?

Will you stop amusing yourself

and allow me the happiness that's my right?!
